Most recently, Aditya led the Enterprise AI PMO at one of Canada's largest financial institutions, overseeing a $200M+ portfolio of AI initiatives spanning GenAI deployment, compliance automation, and customer experience transformation. He built the governance framework, AI risk taxonomy, and stage-gate compliance structure adopted at the enterprise level.

Before that, Aditya delivered complex programs in healthcare technology, professional services, and SaaS — building a reputation for recovering failing programs, standing up governance where none existed, and communicating risk clearly to executives who need decisions, not status updates.
